男性乳腺癌23例临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis of 23 cases of male breast cancer

目的探讨男性乳腺癌的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析1999—2005年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的23例男性乳腺癌患者的临床资料。结果 23例男性乳腺癌中,5年内局部复发6例,远处转移3例,患者的TNM分期、病理类型、雌激素受体(ER)表达情况、腋窝淋巴结转移与患者的5年生存率有关。结论男性乳腺癌在治疗上应采取手术治疗、化疗、内分泌治疗等相结合的综合治疗措施。

Objective To explore the experiences in the diagnosis and treatment of male breast cancer（MBC）.Methods The clinical data of 23 male breast cancer patients from 1999-2005 were reviewed.Results In 5 year,6 cases had local recurrence,3 cases had distant metastasis.Prognostic indicators were analyzed;Age,tumor size,clinical stage,axillary lymph node metastasis were raleted with 5 years′ survival rate.Conclusion Male breast cancer treatment should be taken to surgery-chemotherapy-endocrine therapy combination of comprehensive treatment.
