目的完善客观护理资料,确保静脉输液科学安全进行。方法在临床工作中使用静脉输液巡视记录单,客观详实记录输液过程。结果增强了护士的主动服务意识,减少和避免了输液不良反应的发生,满足了患者的"知情"权,提高了静脉输液的安全性和病人满意度。结论静脉输液巡视记录单是加强护理环节质量管理的好方法。

Objective To improve the., objective information of nursing and make sure the safety and equitability of the intravenous drip. Methods The record cards of inspection were used in the usual work and the process of drip was recorded more objectively and detailedly. Results The nurses＇ active sense of service improved, the adverse reaction reduced, the informed right of patients was satisfied and the safety of drip improved. Conclusions The record cards of inspection of drip are good methods to enhance the quality of management of nursing aspects.
