南京市某中学学生龋齿患病情况分析

Prevalence of dental caries among students in a high school of Nanjing City

目的分析南京市某中学初高中学生2010年度的龋齿罹患情况,并与2000年度全市相应学生人群的龋齿罹患率进行比较,以了解中学生人群中龋齿的现患情况及趋势。方法利用2010年度南京市某中学体质调研中学生口腔检查的数据计算龋齿的罹患率,并对其性别、年级分布的差异进行统计检验。结果南京市某中学初高中学生的龋患率为10.55%,女生的龋齿罹患率(12.54%)显著大于男生的罹患率(8.71%)。龋均为0.16,女生的龋均(0.20)也显著大于男生龋均(0.13)。与2000年度全市代表性学生数据相比。2010年中学生的龋齿罹患率已经显著下降。结论南京市中学生的龋齿罹患率已处在较低的水平,中学生的龋齿防治工作取得了较好的效果。

Objective To understand the status and trend of dental caries among high school students of Nanjing City in 2010. Methods The prevalence of dental caries was calculated based on oral examinations. Chi square test was used to examine the difference in prevalence of dental caries between genders and grades. Results The prevalence of dental caries was 10.55 % among the sample students in 2010. The significantly higher prevalence of dental caries was observed in girls （2.54 % ） than that in boys （ 8.71% ）, moreover, girls tended to have more dental caries than boys did （girls vs. boys： 0.20 vs. 0.13）. Compared vcith the figure in 2000, the prevalence of dental caries among the sample students in 2010 was significantly lower, which suggested that the prevalence in high school students has been becoming lower with time going on. Conclusions The prevalence of dental caries among high school students in Nanjing City has been at a low level, and there are a lot of achievements in dental caries control.
