中西医结合治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症64例

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating 64 Cases of Atherosclerosis Obliterans in Lower Extremities

目的:观察中西医结合治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床疗效。方法:将124例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)随机分为治疗组64例、对照组60例。对照组以0.9%氯化钠100 mL加入凯时10μg,静脉滴注,1次/d,拜阿司匹林0.1 g,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上内服自拟中药温经化痰汤、外用温经回阳散治疗。2组均以30天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.3%,疗效优于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。治疗组患肢临床症状和体征及踝肱指数有明显的改善,血脂明显降低,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果:中西医结合内、外综合治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症能提高疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremities.Method：124 cases of atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremities（Ⅰ、Ⅱ） were randomly divided into 64 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in control group.Control group received intravenous dripping with 0.9% normal saline 100ml plus liposomal prostaglandin E-1 10μg,once per day and aspirin 0.1,once per day.Based on the treatment of control group,treatment group were given oral decoction of WenJing HuaTang and powder of WenJing HuiYang for external use.30 days were 1 course of treatment for both groups.The effects were observed after 1 course of treatment.Result：Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.3%,better than of control group 83.3%（P0.05）.The symptoms,signs and ankle-brachial index of affected limbs improved obviously,blood lipid decreased significantly,comparison between two groups indicating that there existed statistical differences（P0.05）. Conclusion：Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremities internally and externally can improve therapeutic effects with satisfactory result.
