半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃癌前病变27例

Observation on Efficacy of Modified BanXia XieXinTang in Treating 27 Cases of Gastric Precancerosis

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味对胃癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者随机分为2组,治疗组27例服用加减半夏泻心汤,对照组18例服用胃复春片,2组均服药6个月后观察临床症状、电子胃镜、病理组织学检查等的变化情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为85.18%;对照组为66.67%,治疗组明显优于对照组,并有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组对萎缩、异型增生疗效优于对照组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变能改善其临床症状,减轻腺体萎缩和异型增生。

Objective：To observe efficacy of modified BanXia XieXinTang in treating 45 cases of gastric precancerosis.Method：45 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,27 cases of therapeutic group administered with decoction and other 18 of control group with WeiFuChun tablets.Both groups were treated for 6 months.To observe changes of clinical symptoms,results of electronic gastroscope and pathological examination before and after treatment as well as adverse reaction.Result：BanXia XieXinTang has efficacy of reversing precancerosis induced by chronic atrophic gastritis,its effective rate in therapeutic group was 85.18%,66.67% in control group of which show significant differences statistically（P0.05） in therapeutic group.For pathological condition such as atrophy and dysplasia,the efficacy of therapeutic group was superior to that of control group but no statistic significance showed（P0.05）.Conclusion：BanXia XieXinTang was more effective in improving clinical symptoms and reducing atrophy and dysplasia than Weifuchun Tablets in treating gastric precancerosis.
