摘要
本文采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,研究164 名大学生的交际策略观念( 对交际策略的认同程度) 和使用频率,以及影响他们认识和使用交际策略的主要因素,并就策略观念与使用频率的相关性进行探讨。结果发现:1) 中国学生较多地使用减缩策略。不同语言程度的学生对这一策略的认同程度和使用频率有显著差异。2) 受语言学习环境和策略能力的影响,中国学生不经常使用成就策略,但他们倾向于认同它。3) 成就策略中,求助策略、拖延策略、副语言策略的观念和使用频率之间存在显著的相关性。以上结果对中国学生的交际策略能力培养有一定启示:应加强学生的交际策略观念,将交际策略能力训练贯穿日常课堂教学,并为培养学生的交际策略能力创造一个良好的课内外环境。
The article reports a study that examines 164 Chinese college students' belief and utilization of communication strategies (CSs) through a questionnaire survey and interviews. The major findings are as follows: (1) affected by learning situation and strategic competence, students use more reduction strategies than achievement strategies (ASs); (2) students' belief of ASs is influenced by factors such as their awareness of ASs' role in L2 acquisition and communication; (3) except for reduction strategy and L2_based strategy, students' belief and utilization of most ASs are correlated with each other. The implication is that we can develop students' strategic competence in oral communication by raising their awareness of the nature and communicative potential of CSs.
