摘要
介绍了设备在最小维修条件下寿命过程的两种蒙特卡罗仿真方法:间隔时间产生法、尺度变换法,并对两种方法的特点以及适用范围进行了分析。针对于不完全维修条件下设备的寿命过程采用等效役龄回退因子进行建模,并提出了适用于该条件下的仿真方法。本文总结及提出的方法为应用蒙卡仿真方法计算维修策略提供了支持。
The paper introduces two kinds of Monte Carlo methods used in equipment hie process simulation under the least maintenance: condition: method of producing the interval of lifetime, method of time scale conversion. The paper also analyzes the characteristics and the using scope of the two methods. By using the conception of service age reduction factor, the model of equipment's life process under incomplete maintenance condition is established, and also the life process simulation method applicable to this situation is invented.
