摘要
目的检测帕金森病(PD)患者血清IL-17水平,探讨其变化的原因及相关因素。方法采用生物素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法对43例PD组患者及性别、年龄匹配的33例正常对照组血清IL-17水平进行检测。采用PD统一评分量表(UPDRS)对PD患者病情进行评估。并按照性别、年龄、病程、治疗状况对PD患者进行分组。结果 PD组血清IL-17水平为8.89±1.19ng/L,对照组为4.55±1.19ng/L,PD组显著高于对照组(P<0.001);按性别、年龄、病程、治疗状况进行分组比较,各组间均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。对PD组血清IL-17水平与UPDRS评分进行相关性分析,结果表明二者呈显著正相关(Rs=0.52,P<0.01)。结论 PD患者血清IL-17水平明显增高,与临床表现客观测评明显相关,但性别、年龄、病程、治疗状况对其无显著影响。提示T淋巴细胞介导的特异性免疫反应在PD的病理过程中起重要作用。
Objective To detect the serum concentration of IL-17 in Parkinson's disease(PD) and to investigate the causes of serum IL-17 level change in PD as well as the influencing factors of the cytokine.Methods The serum IL-17 levels of 43 patients with PD and 33 healthy subjects with age and sex-matched were measured by enzyme-linked immunolsorbent assay(ELISA).The United Parkinson's Disease Rate Scale Part III Score(UPDRS III)were evaluated in all studied PD patients.Results The mean serum IL-17 level of PD group was 8.89±1.19ng/L,which was significantly higher than the healthy subjects group(4.55±1.19ng/L)(P0.001).The PD group was divided into different subgroups by different gender,age,duration and the state of therapies of illness,however,there was no significant difference in all subgroup respectively.There were positive correlations between IL-17 levels and UPDRS III score observed in PD patients(Rs=0.52,P0.01).Conclusions The PD group presents significantly higher IL-17 levels,which are also strongly and significantly correlated with the PD clinical subjective evaluation.However,gender,age,duration and state of therapies of illness cannot interfere the serum level of IL-17.Our finding suggest that the adaptive immunity responses induced by T lymphocytes play an important role in the pathogenetic mechanisms of PD.
