摘要
考虑到给水泵对于电站安全经济运行的重要程度和其本身高故障率的特征,提出基于物元概念和可拓集合理论的可拓物元评价方法。在建立评价等级指标和评价模型的基础上,通过计算给水泵运行状态参数和各种评价等级之间的可拓关联度,由关联度的大小判断给水泵的运行状态。最后通过实例表明,此方法用于评价给水泵运行状态的有效性、准确性及工程实用性。
Considering the importance of feed-water pump to safe and economy running of power plant and the own characteristic of high failure rate, an extensive matter-element evaluation method is proposed based on the matter-element concept and the extensive set theory. On the basis of building evaluation level indicators and evaluation model, by calculating extensive correlation degree between the state parameters and evaluation rank of feed-water pump, deciding the running condition of feed-water according to correlation degree. Finally the effectiveness, accurateness and practicability of the method using in evaluating the feed-water pump running state have been proved through an example.
