综述了聚己内酯的重要特性及在生物医药方面的研究进展,主要介绍了聚己内酯作为药物释放载体、组织工程支架材料等以及其他方面的应用研究。

Polycaprolactone was a kind of polyester of fatty acid which had good degradation, drug permeability, non-toxic, good mechanical properties, high elasticity and good biocompatibility. It can be widely used as medicine carrier materials and tissue engineering scaffold material. Polycaprolactone polyol was also used in elastomers, coatings, adhe- sives, etc. Some properties and recently research progress of polycaprolactone in biomedical applications were reviewed. And the research progress of polycaprolactone as the carrier materials of medicine and scaffold materials for tissue engineering and others were introduced.
