Au/Ce_xZr_(1-x)O_2催化剂乙醇部分氧化催化性能的研究

摘要 用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同铈锆摩尔比CexZr1-xO2,并用沉积沉淀法制备了Au/CexZr1-xO2催化剂,以乙醇部分氧化制氢为探针反应,研究了Zr掺杂对Au/CeO2催化剂乙醇部分氧化性能的影响,并运用XRD、TEM、TPD、BET等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Zr掺杂使Au/CeO2催化剂的颗粒分散更均匀,提高了Au/CeO2催化剂的比表面积和对乙醇的吸附能力增强,Au/Ce0.3Zr0.7O2比催化剂Au/CeO2体现出更好的乙醇部分氧化制氢的低温活性,并提高了氢气选择性,明显降低了CO选择性。 A series of CexZr1-xO2 composite oxides were prepared by the co--precipitation method. A serials of Au/CexZr1-xO2 catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method and their catalytic activities and selectivities for ethanol partial oxidation were detected. All samples were characterized by XRD ,TEM ,TPR and BET. The results show that the Zr doping can increase the surface areas and adsorption capacity of ethanol compared with pure CeO2, and good dispersion of Au/CexZr1-xO2 catalysts particles is found. The Au/Ce0. 3 Zr0. 7O2 catalyst show better catalytic activity and selectivity for ethanol partial oxidation than the Au/CeO2 catalyst with H2 selectivity increasing and CO selectivity decreasing.
