摘要
采用一步化学还原法,以硝酸银为原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂、甲醛为还原剂还原银氨溶液,制备电子电工行业用超细银粉。结果表明:采用甲醛一步法还原银氨溶液,在所选择的实验条件下制备出了类球形、分散性较好的超细银粉,其粒径小于1μm,银粉晶体结构为FCC多晶结构。
The one-step chemical reduction method was adopted to prepare the ultra-fine silver powder by silver ni trate as the material and reducing silver ions soLution by PVP as the disperser and formaldehyde as the reducer. The results of the experiment demostratedthat under certain experimental circumstances, to reduce silver ions solution by formaldehyde can prepare sphere-like and highly-dispersed ultra-fine silver powder with the diameter less than 1μm and FCC polycrystal structure.
