聚醚聚硅氧烷两亲性三嵌段共聚物的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 以Si-H双封端硅油和烯丙基聚醚为原料,通过硅氢加成,进行无溶剂体系PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO共聚物的催化合成。系统考察了氯铂酸分子中胺类分子的掺杂种类及用量、反应时间和反应温度对反应体系Si-H转化率的影响。结果表明:当Bu3N以n(N)/n(Pt)=1的量对H2PtCl6进行掺杂,且反应温度为90℃及反应时间为6.5h时,反应体系Si-H转化率可达最大值82.9%。最后,采用FT-IR、DLS和TEM对产物结构及其水溶液自组装胶束形态进行了表征。 The PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO copolymer was synthesized via hydrosilylation reaction between the Si-H double terminated polysitoxane and allyl terminated polyether in a condition of solvent-free. The effects of the type and dosage of amine doping in H2 PtC16, reaction time and reaction temperature on Si-H's conversion rate of reaction system were discussed separately. Experimental results showed that the system's conversion rate had a max value which was 82. 9% when the H2 PtC16 was doped with Bua N according to n(N)/n(Pt)= 1, the reaction temperature was 90℃ and the reaction time was 6.5h. At last the production's structure and self assembly micelle morphology were characterized by FT-IR, DLS and TEM.
