摘要 采用混合各向同性、各向异性沥青的物理改性方法,得到混合沥青作为纺丝原料,经纺丝、不熔化、炭化得到不同径向结构的碳纤维。通过流变仪分析、SEM表征,研究沥青混合料的流变性及其对沥青碳纤维径向结构的影响,结果表明:在纺丝温度区间内,各向同性沥青的加入增加了沥青的黏度,使碳纤维径向辐射结构减弱;各向异性沥青的加入同样增加了沥青的黏度,但是并没有改变碳纤维辐射型径向结构。XRD结果表明:各向异性沥青微晶结构的有序性是造成碳纤维径向辐射结构的主要原因。 The method of mixing isotropic or anisotropic pitchs into mesophase pitch to get three raw materials for spinning was used. Carbon fibers with different cross-section textures were produced from these mixed pitches by the process of spinning, oxidation and carbonization. Rheometer analyzer and SEM were token to characterizing. The results indicted that the viscosity of pitches increased and the radial structure of carbon fibers reduced after isotropic pitch mixed into the mesophase pitch. At the same time, the addition of anisotropic pitch also increased the viscosity of mixed pitch, but the cross-section texture was still radial structure. Xray diffraction characterization showed that the ordered arrangement of anisotropic pitches was the main reason for radial texture.
