改性纳米氮化硅填充氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶的动态性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 用低分子量氯磺化聚乙烯(LMCSM)对纳米氮化硅粉体进行表面改性,并将其添加到氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)中制备橡胶纳米复合材料。利用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA-8000),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其表征。结果表明:添加少量改性纳米氮化硅粉体对CSM基体起到一定的补强作用,能够有效地提高材料的动态力学性能,并且添加生胶重量分数1.0%的改性纳米氮化硅粉体在橡胶基体中的分散性最好。 Low molecular-mass CSM was used to modify silicon nitrde nanopartieles(Si3N4). Modified nanoparticles were then added into CSM rubber matrix to prepare nano-Si3N4/CSM composites. Rubber-process-analyzer(RPA8000)and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze it. The results indicated that addition of modified nano-Si3N4 had a reinforcing effect on promoting dynamic mechanical properties obviously and 1.0% amount of CSM showed the best dispersion in the CSM matrix.
