This article analyzed the micro-economic benefits, the social benefits and the environmental benefits of the coal repository operation in our country, and set up their equilibrium relationship model. This article concluded that, the equilibrium relationships among the micro-economic benefits, the social benefits and the environmental benefits should be concerned, and the social benefits and the environmental benefits should be played a better role in running the coal repository in the current.
