摘要
鲍店煤矿十采区分为3上、3下两层煤,沿空掘巷预留煤柱为3m,一直以来沿空巷道变形量都没有得到有效的控制,在回采过程中,影响工作面的推进。为了有效的控制巷道变形,首先顶部加密锚索施工,非沿空侧帮补中部施工锚索,沿空侧帮部施工普通锚索及注浆锚索。改变支护方式后,经过103下03工作面回采过程中的监测,其支护效果较好,变形量有效地控制在一定范围内。
The 10th working area of Baodian coal mine has two layers of coal seams(3.ppor and 31 ), and there is a 3 m coal pillar reserved along the gob-side entry driving. For a long time, the deformation of the gob-side entry driving has not been effectively controlled, which has affected the working face advancing. In order to control the deformation of the roadway effectively, we have taken following new measures: Firstly, strengthening the density of the roof anchor; Secondly, adding anchors in central section of non-along-goal side; Finally, supplementing ordinary anchors in along-goal side and grouting them. After implementing above supporting measures, the mining process on 103lower 03 working face is monitored, and the result shows that the supporting effect is better than before. The deformation of the gob-side entry driving has been controlled within a certain range, which will ensure the working face advancing.
