摘要
连续血压作为载人航天关键的医学生理指标,在医学监护、疾病诊断、健康状态评价和医学研究等方面具有十分重要的应用价值。基于脉搏波速度法的无创连续血压测量方法不需要加压套袖即可方便舒适地完成血压的测量,具有广阔的应用前景。本文将脉搏波速度法分为正相关测量法、反相关测量法和多参数测量方法 3类,并进行了详细综述,同时介绍了影响血压测量的各种因素,最后对基于脉搏波速度法的无创连续血压测量方法进行了总结和展望。
One of key physiological indices in manned space flight missions is the continuous blood pressure. This index has been extensively applied in clinical monitoring, disease diagnosis, health evaluation and medical research. The noninvasive continuous blood pressure measuring method based on pulse wave velocity (PWV) is more expedient, comfortable and even without cuff, so it would beused widely. In this paper, we shed light on the PWV-based methods through classifying them into three categories: positive correlation, inverse correlation and multi-parameters measurements, and discussed the factors affecting blood pressure measurement; finally summarized the development and prospects for continuous blood pressure measurements.
