二尖瓣置换术后生物瓣膜与机械瓣膜远期疗效的meta分析 被引量：3

摘要 随着科技进步和人群整体寿命的延长，机械瓣膜（mechanicalvalves，MV）终身抗凝及生物瓣膜（biologicalvalves，BV）结构性衰坏的问题被重新提出。我们运用Meta分析方法比较二尖瓣置换术后MV与BV换瓣者的远期疗效，对临床瓣膜选取提出循证依据。
