细胞外基质材料在胸心外科组织工程领域的研究进展
摘要
组织工程学是通过人为干预组织再生过程获得可以治疗病变的组织或器官。生物组织足由细胞、细胞外基质和信号系统构成。组织工程学主要是从种子细胞、支架材料以及两者之间的相互作用二方面对生物组织重构进行研究。
