脑耗盐综合征的研究新进展 被引量：11

摘要 低钠血症为动脉瘤破裂后蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH）时常见的电解质紊乱,其发生率大约在9%～33%。其一般发生在SAH后的第2 w内,一般较脑血管痉挛出现的时间晚3～5 d[1]。Wijdicks等认为低钠血症是延迟性脑缺血和脑梗死的危险因素,但是这种推论并未得到证实[2]。
