副黏病毒膜融合机制的研究进展

Research advance in the mechanism of paramyxovirus membrane fusion

摘要 主要从副黏病毒膜融合的关键蛋白——附着蛋白和融合蛋白的结构与功能、附着蛋白的受体及其作用位点等方面论述了副黏病毒的膜融合机制,并讨论了基于不同附着蛋白受体的附着蛋白和融合蛋白相互作用的差异,以阐明基于不同附着蛋白受体膜融合的不同机制,并为进一步研究病毒入侵靶细胞的机理和该病毒的防治策略提供思路。 Two paramyxovirus glycoproteins,the attachment protein and the fusion(F) protein,are key to the membrane fusion process.The structure and function of these two proteins,receptors and function sites of attachment proteins are discussed in this paper to review the mechanisms of paramyxovirus membrane fusion.And the mechanisims that are based on different receptors are also summarized by illustrating the different interaction between the two proteins.This preview provides some ideas for further study of virus invasion mechanism and control strategies.
