摘要心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）是目前已充分证明对治疗特定亚组的心衰患者一种较好的治疗方法，已有大量证据证实了CRT治疗有利于患者的症状改善、心脏结构和功能改变。而且，美国和欧洲指南支持在QRS间期延长及左室射血分数〈35％的纽约心脏协会（NYHA）Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的心衰患者身上使用CRT治疗。
