耳鼻咽喉科手术诱发迷走神经反射的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on the ENT Operation Evoked Vagal Reflex

目的总结耳鼻咽喉科手术/操作刺激诱发的迷走神经反射的临床特点。方法回顾分析31例耳鼻咽喉科患者手术/操作中诱发迷走神经反射的临床资料,结合相关文献进行临床分析。结果所有患者出现症状后均及时终止手术或操作,除部分患者静注阿托品、吸氧治疗外,其余患者未作特殊治疗,迷走神经反射发作均自然好转,所有患者术后未再出现类似发作。结论耳鼻咽喉科手术中诱发的迷走神经反射临床发生突然,但一般历时短暂,预后良好,及时终止手术刺激诱因能自然恢复。

Objective To sum up the clinical features of otolaryngology operation induce vasovagal reflection. Methods Clinical data of 31 patients suffering from otolaryngology operation evoked vagal reflex was analyzed retrospectively with literature review. Results All patients immediately terminated the operation after the vagal reflex symptoms is appeared, vagal reflex seizures are naturally better no special treatment in addition to some patients intravenous injection of atropine and oxygen inhalation, all patients did not appear similar attack postoperative. Conclusion The vasovagal reflection evoked by otolaryngology operation happen suddenly, but generally lasted short, prognosis is good, timely terminate incentive can natural recovery.
