残根残冠伴牙列缺损金属顶盖加覆盖义齿修复的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the technique to restore residual roots and crowns and dentition defects with improved metal-coping and casting overdentures

目的评价改良的短冠顶盖加铸造覆盖义齿修复残根残冠伴牙列缺损的临床应用效果。方法选用笔者所在科室2007年1月～2009年1月就诊的残根残冠伴牙列缺损患者36例,患牙138颗,经完善的根管治疗后,采用金属顶盖加覆盖义齿修复牙列缺损,恢复咀嚼功能。结果 36例患者修复1年后复查,治疗效果较好,其中,成功33例,失败3例,成功率为91.7%。结论采用金属顶盖加覆盖义齿修复伴残根残冠的牙列缺损是低收入人群一种行之有效的修复方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application effectiveness of improved metal-coping on short teeth crowns then casting overdentures to restore residual roots and crowns and dentition defects. Methods The author selected 36 patients of 138 teeth,in stomatology departments of traffic hospitals from January 2007 to January 2010. All their teeth were residual rooted and crowned and dentition defected. Through perfect root canal theraphy,then,adopting the metal-coping then casting overdentures technique to restore the dentition defects to make the mastieatory function recovered. Results After one year to reinspect,we found that the theraphy effectiveness was very good. Among them,33 cases were successful,3 cases were failed, the rate of success was 91.1%. Conclusion The residual roots and crowns and dentition defects repair technique was effective and it was also to be a good method to repair such kinds of groups as low-income families.
