摘要
目的探讨风险管理在提高精神科护理安全中的作用与效果。方法以风险管理知识为指导,通过识别精神科护理工作中存在或潜在的护理风险制订风险管理预防策略,指导临床避免和化解精神科护理风险,确保护理安全。结果风险管理预防策略的实施提高了精神科护理质量,减少了护理缺陷的发生,提高了患者满意度。结论风险管理在精神科护理中的应用不仅能减少护理风险。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management on nursing safety in psychiatric department. Methods Based on risk management knowledge,identifying the existing or potential risks in nursing,developing risk management strategies and reducing the risks ensure safety. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing,reduced nursing defects and increased patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The application of risk management in psychiatric department decreased the risks in nursing care and improved the quality of nursing.
