摘要
高职院校教学及教学管理工作的特点决定了听评课工作的重要性,本文在解析高职院校听评课工作现存问题及成因的基础上,结合我院多年来相关工作获得的有益经验,提出了解决问题的相应策略,以期为相关研究和实践提供一些参考。
The unique characteristics of teaching and teaching-quality supervision in vocational colleges determine the significance of class observation and evaluation. Based on our experience and a deep analysis of the problems and causes of class evaluation in vocational colleges, we attempt to put forward solutions to the problems identified. The ideas in this paper may provide some references for related research and practice.
