128层螺旋CT血管成像诊断胡桃夹综合征

The Diagnosis Value of 128 Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiograghy in Nutcracker Syndrome

目的总结胡桃夹综合征的128层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)表现特征,探讨CTA诊断优势。方法回顾性分析10例明确诊断为胡桃夹综合征患者的临床及CTA资料。结果 10例中有9例因肠系膜上动脉与腹主动脉夹角(α)变小所致,14.0°≤α≤24.5°,1例因左肾静脉走行于腹主动脉和脊柱之间且明显受压所致,左肾静脉近肾侧扩张段前后径(b)与左肾静脉狭窄段前后径(a)之比为3.03≤b/a≤5.00;7例伴有十二指肠淤滞症,3例清晰显示侧支循环。结论胡桃夹综合征CTA图像上具有特征性,具有诊断意义。

Objective To summarize the features of nutcracker syndrome on 128 multi-slice Siral CT Angiograghy.Methods The clinical and the CTA data of 10 cases of clinically diagnosed NCS,were retrospectively analyzed.Results The angel（α）between superior mesenteric artery and abdominal aorta of 9 patients become smaller（ranged from 14°≤α≤24.5°）.One case was diagnosed because LRV passed through between abdominal aorta and spine and was compressed.The ratio of the diameters of proximal dilated LRV and narrowed LRV ranged from 3.03 to 5.Seven cases had duodenal stasis.Collateral vein were detected on 3 cases.Conclusion The nutcracker syndrome on CTA is characteristic and CTA is helpful for its diagnosis.
