摘要
针对不确定环境下的通信对抗目标选择问题,确定了通信对抗目标价值评价指标的层次结构,分析了不确定因素的影响。在此基础上,尝试用区间数表达不确定决策信息;由于目标之间彼此独立,通过构造偏差函数模型获取决策无偏好时的指标权重,建立了基于可能度和基于投影的通信对抗目标优化选择模型。实例分析表明,两种方法均适应于通信对抗目标优选。研究结果为通信对抗目标选择方法提供了一种新的思路。
In order for the targets selection of communication countermeasures under uncertain environment, a hierarchical structure to assess targets' index in communication countermeasures is provided and the influence of the uncertainties is analyzed. An attempt to use interval number to convey the uncertain information is implemented. For the targets are independent one another, the index weigh is obtained by building a deviation function model when the decision make no preference. The model of optimal selection of targets is established based on the possibility and projection. The analysis on an example shows that both methods make available for the optimal selection of targets in communication countermeasures and can serve as a new idea of optimal target selection.
