平板型清障车结构设计及优化

摘要 对清障车平板的运动进行分析,设计了1款适应小型故障车搬运并具备载货功能的搬运车。搬运车底盘采用国产超长4 t货运车车架,利用液压系统实现平板的平移、倾斜运动。对平板的倾斜运动进行了分析,设计了合理的平板结构及液压缸布局,优化了倾斜角度(优化后的倾斜角度为14°)。对钢丝绳进行了受力分析,选取了合适的钢丝绳尺寸。考虑到倾斜液压缸的行程、受力、力矩平衡等,对倾斜液压缸行程和缸径进行了优化。 By analysis of the movement of the wrecker's platform, the paper designs a road wrecker suitable for han- dling of small damaged cars, of which the chassis of the wrecker adopts domestic produced over length 4 t cargo trailer frame and the platform can move straightly and aslant by hydraulic system. Tilting movement of the platform is analyzed to design a reasonable structure and hydraulic cylinder layout with an optimized tilt angle of 14°. A stress analysis of wire rope is conducted to choose appropriate sizes. Stroke and diameter of the tilting hydraulic cylinder are optimized by taking into consideration of its stroke, stress and torque balance.
