摘要
基于认知心理学理论的教学观认为学习者的特征、学习过程及二者与教学操纵的适配性共同影响学习者学习结果和结果操作。该观点对我国物流管理专业教学改进具有启迪意义。由于物流学科知识的实践性和应用性的特点,开展物流教学改革时,一方面要分析认知过程中影响认知活动的5个因素在物流教学中的体现;另一方面要从学习动机、学科体系、实践教学与教学法改革等角度运用认知心理学理论对物流教学提出改进措施。
Teaching concept based on cognitive psychology figures that the learner characteristic, learning process and the adaptation of these two factors with instructional manipulations together affect the learning outcome and outcome per- formance. This view has enlightenment meaning to teaching upswing in logistics specialty. With practice and applicability peculiarity of logistics knowledge, in reforming logistics teaching, there are two steps. The first is five factors' embodiment in logistics teaching which exist in cognitive process affecting the cognitive activities, and the second is to bring out impro- ving suggestions in logistics teaching from learning motivation, science system, practice teaching and teaching reform based on cognitive psychology.
