摘要
电弧自调性能的强弱会影响电弧长度在扰动下的恢复能力,从而影响焊接电弧的稳定性和工艺性能。针对CO2短路过渡焊接电弧控制系统,建立了系统的数学模型,并分析系统的电弧自调性能及其主要影响因素。分析结果表明,焊接电源动特性对电弧自调性能的影响是决定性的。通过工艺实验证实了上述结论。在此基础上,设计了非对称电子电抗器,显著提高了CO2短路过渡焊接电弧的自调性能。
Arc self-adjustability will 'affect the recovery ability of the arc length after the disturbance happens,thus affect the welding processing performance.This paper studies on the arc control system of the CO2 short-circuiting arc welding,and establish the mathematical model.With the model,arc self-adjustability and its main influence factors are analyzed.The results show that dynamic properties of power supply have a decisive effect on the arc self-adjustability.The conclusion is proved through welding experiments.The asymmetric electronic inductor is developed and it improves the arc self-adjustabihty of the CO2 short-circuiting arc welding greatly.
