原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜污染物中铅镉砷含量 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨测定铅、镉、砷仪器的最佳工作条件,采用硝酸—高氯酸—硫酸消解蔬菜样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜中的铅和镉,双道氢化物发生原子荧光法测定蔬菜中的砷。在最佳实验条件下对西兰花、蒜苔、莴苣3种蔬菜进行了测定,测得加标回收率铅98.89%,镉102.8%,砷101.7%。该方法简便、准确,能够满足食品中污染物铅镉砷的分析要求。 After vegetanle samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4-H2SO4 solution,Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAS) was used to determine the contents of Pb,Cd in it,while hydride generation atomic absorption spctrometry(HAAS) was used to determine the content of As.The work conditions of the equipment were discussed.The contents of Pb,Cd and As in broccoli,garlic and lettuce were investigated respectively under the optimum experiment conditions.The method could meet the requirement for the analysis of Pb 98.89%,Cd 102.8%and As 101.7% in contaminated foods with merits of quick and accurate.
