摘要
研发一种基于有机废料高温旋流燃烧、金属高温熔化并高效造渣贫化、有毒有害废气高温旋流燃烧氧化等原理的U形废弃物高温资源化处置炉。处置炉呈"U形",包括燃烧塔、熔炼池和消毒塔,集成多膛炉、反射炉、旋风炉和闪速炉的结构特点,组织三次旋流燃烧和高温燃烧,具有金属回收率高、从源头上抑制二噁英生成和自热冶炼等优势。
A new incinerator of waste printed circuit boards,U-shape High-temperature Reclamation Incinerator where the organic powder is combusted in swirl-flow mode in high temperature,the metal is smelted and the slag is formed and impoverished efficiently,and the toxic flue gas is oxidized enough in swirl-flow mode in high temperature,has been put forward.The incinerator is of U-shape structure,composed of combustion tower,smelting pool and disinfection tower,and integrates the technology advantages of multiple hearth furnace,reverberatory furnace,cyclone furnace and flash smelting furnace.There is thrice swirl-flow combustion and high-temperature incineration inside the incinerator.The incinerator has the advantage of high metallic recovery rate,no tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin precursor in the flue outlet of incinerator and self heating smelting.
