摘要
旨在探究靶式撞击流喷嘴的热工性能及其可行性,以西安三棉纺织有限公司细纱车间为实验车间,用回归分析方法建立了喷嘴喷水量与喷水压力、喷嘴间距和孔径的关系式。同样,用该种方法建立了喷水室通用热交换效率与喷嘴间距、质量流速和水气比的关联式、绘制了相关性能曲线。与离心式喷嘴的通用热交换效率进行对比,计算出了使用两种喷嘴的喷水室水系统的阻力,并进行水泵的选型及经济性分析,为用户的选择使用提供技术参考依据。
The passage's purpose was exploring thermal parameter of target type impinging stream nozzles and it's feasibility, the author had took the example of spinning workshop in Xi'an no.3 textile co., ltd, for working out the relational expression between working water jet capacity, the pressure of water jet, the interval of nozzle and the nozzle's aperture. Meanwhile,the relational expression between general heat efficiency, mass flow rate and water-air ratio had been created by the way named regression analysis, and some performance curve had been drew. Further more, the author had compared the general heat efficiency of this nozzle and the centrifugal nozzle, and had figured out the air washers' supply and returned water system's resistance in which situation that using target spray nozzle or centrifugal nozzle,the most important achievement was that the author not only had achieved the work of model selection of water pump but also analysed the economical analysis, it might provide a reference basis for choosing nozzle and designing the air washer.
