摘要
目前绿色建筑发展迅速,但绿色建筑技术在实际运行中效果如何却不得而知。本文以上海某绿色三星级建筑为例,阐述了具体的绿色建筑技术的实际运行情况和运行能耗及水耗。
Currently, there is a rapid growth of green buildings, but it＇s uncertain how the green buildings to operate. This paper gave an example to elaborate the operation effect of some key green technologies and analyzed its energy and water consumption.
