烧结混合料固定碳不稳定，造成生产作业不稳定，从而影响烧结矿的质量和生产成本。在烧结生产过程中，由于影响烧结作业的因素较多，很难凭经验准确判断燃料大小。如果通过建立数学模型，控制烧结燃料配比来控制烧结混合料固定碳大小，可确保混合料固定碳的稳定，从而稳定生产作业，提高烧结矿质量，降低燃料消耗，降低生产成本。

If fixed carbon of mixture is unstable, it will led to production unstable.It affects quality and cost of productor.There are many factors affect production , it＇s very difficult to judge quantity of carbon accurate by experience. If design model of fixed carbon of mixture,through it can control quantity of carbon accurate.Thus production will more stable, quality of productor will be improved,cost of productor will be reduced.
