摘要
针对连铸热坯表面缺陷准确检测存在的问题,建立了面阵CCD双激光边缘形态扫描成像与图像信息融合检测方法;研究了连铸坯高温辐射对光学检测法的影响,在此基础上建立了激光线条边缘形态阈值提取扫描成像方法;依据CCD成像原理建立了移动铸坯横纵向缺陷检测精度控制算法,并根据面阵CCD、双激光器边缘线、铸坯表面空间关系,研究了表面缺陷最大测量深度可变的提取方法;通过实验验证了该方法对ROI区域提取的准确性和对水膜的抗干扰能力,基于激光测距和机器视觉技术进行了系统软件开发,实现了扫描点阵灰度数据转换、信息融合和缺陷图像三维形貌重构。
In allusion to the detection accurateness for strand surface defects in 3-D topography, a detection method using CCD camera and two linear laser generator was established, which combined two laser line scanning and image data fusion method ,at the same time, it studied how to remove the interference of heat radiation in continuous casting while the detection system is running, and furthermore, a scanning method of two laser stripe edge shape by setting image threshold was proposed. According to CCD imaging principle the 2-D control algorithm was established to ensure the accuracy of horizontal and vertical in continuous casting, and based on the spatial relations the extraction method of strand surface defects depth was also studied, the extracting accuracy of the ROI area and the anti-jamming capability for water film interference on strand surface had been approved through the experimental results, and in the system ,the gray scale image data transformation /information integration and 3-D morphology reconstruction of defects were achieved.
