河北省高校外语教师队伍现状调查与发展策略

Research and developing strategy on current situation of college foreign language teachers troop in Hebei province

对河北省部分高校外语教师队伍建设的现状进行调研,分析了教师队伍结构、教学科研和培训状况,查找出存在的问题,对进一步完善教师队伍结构、提高教师科研素质、加强教师队伍培训等进行了思考,提出了政府政策支持、高校实施发展战略、全社会多管齐下,推动高校外语教师队伍建设的建议。

A survey was conducted on the current situation of the construction of foreign language teachers troop in some universities of Hebei province.By analyzing the structure of teaching staff,the situation of teaching,scientific research and teaching staff training,the existing problems has been found,and the issues such as completing the structure of teacherstroop,improving teachers＇ teaching and researching quality and strengthening teaching staff training are discussed.Based on this survey,the essay tentatively suggests that,in order to promote the construction of college foreign language teachers troop,the government should provide strong policy support,the college should implement developing strategies and the whole society should also make its efforts.
