"学分转换体系的理论与实践研究"是"学分银行计划"项目的延续性课题,也是建立学分银行制度的关键突破口。主要包括以成人高等职业教育课程为依据,设计学分转换的原则、标准和相关制度,提出具有推广意义的学分转换实施方案和政策建议。在学分转换的理论与实践方面,我国部分高校和地区近年来进行了初步探索,而在教育发达国家已早有经验。这些国内外相关理论及实践的先行探索,积累了宝贵的经验,对本项目有着积极的启发和借鉴作用。

Research and Practice of Credit Transfer System is an important research project and the key breach of establishing the credit bank system. This project includes principle and standard of credit transfer system on the basis of course of adult higher vocational education, implement measures and policy suggestion on credit transfer system. Research and practice of credit transfer system at home and abroad takes an active part in the course of pushing the Program of Credit Bank forward.
