环状光束辐照下光学薄膜基底温度场有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of the Temperature Distributions of Optical Coating Substrate by Ring Beam

摘要 基于热传导方程,利用有限元分析方法,利用MSC.Marc有限元软件建立了激光辐照下光学薄膜基底温度场的三维模型,研究了光学薄膜基底在环状光束辐照下的温度场分布,并进行了分析. Based on the thermal conduction equations, and using the finite element analysis method, the 3 - D mod- el for the temperature distributions of optical coating substrates were built up by MSC. Marc software. The tempera- ture distributions of optical coating substrate irradiated by ring beams were studied, and the result was analyzed.
