摘要
介绍了扭矩扳子校准装置的各种结构形式及其结构特点。提出了扭矩扳子校准结果的不确定度影响量以及测量结果的不确定度的评定思路和计算方法。针对不同校准装置的结构特点以及在校准过程中涉及的安装和施扭状态等因素的影响,提出不确定度影响因素的试验和评价方法。
This paper introduces the structure characteristics of some calibration equipments of torque wrench.It discusses the affecting factors of the torque wrench calibration and algorithmic method of the uncertainty of the measurement results.According to the structure characteristics of differents equipments and the influences of installing and torsion status in the calibration process,it also introduces the evaluation method of the factors that affect the calibration results.
