Based on the concept of density uniformity of glass wool products and the analysis on the influences of density uniformity on product properties, the author designed a testing method and conducted tests on some products. He hereby expounds the necessity of density uniformity testing in the type inspection of glass wool products and the importance for their quality acceptance.
