摘要
介绍了玻璃微纤维离心喷吹法和火焰喷吹法的生产工艺与流程,通过对比两种生产工艺所形成的玻璃微纤维纤维直径分布和相同叩解度的纤维长径比等指标,结果表明:采用离心法的玻璃微纤维的直径比火焰法大,但离心法玻璃微纤维的长径比比火焰法小。
The technologies for producing glass microfibers by rotary process and flame attenuation process are briefed. The comparison of fiber diameter distribution and aspect ratio of glass microfibers made by different methods but at the same degree Schopper Riegler shows that the average diameter of fibers made by rotary process is larger than that of fibers made by flame attenuation, but the comparison of their aspect ratios are on the contrary.
