全国成人高等职业教育招生模式综述

A Literature Review on Enrollment Mode of Adult Higher Vocational Education in Our Country

随着经济，社会以及人们生活的发展提高，社会对各级各类专门特长人员的需求呈与日俱增之势，我国的职业教育近几年来进入了高速发展的“上升通道”。这就对构造一个由低到高梯次选拔专业技术人才的模式提出了迫切要求，也为成人接受低，中，高专业知识技能教育并据此形成一套晋级制度提供了可能。结合成人教育招生模式的发展和演变，系统梳理不同招生模式的特点并加以比较，进一步研究探索成人高等教育不断发展完善的必备条件，借鉴境外先进经验，推测形成全国成人高等职业教育招生模支的可能．

With the rapid development of economy and society, the specialized talents seem increasingly important. In recent years, the vocational education developed rapidly in our country. Social development requires urgently more and more professional and technical talents. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of various enrollment modes, studys the development conditions of adult higher vocational education, and explores the possibilities of forming a nationally unified enrollment mode of adult higher vocational education on the foundation of fully digesting and absorbing foreign advanced experiences.
