摘要
个人平衡计分卡是一种以个人为核心的战略管理工具。研究生要想进行有效的自我管理,关键是制定个人战略规划,这就使得研究生运用个人平衡计分卡这一战略工具进行自我管理具有可行性。而且个人平衡计分卡在研究生自我管理过程中发挥着重要作用,不仅有助于提高研究生自我管理的效率,而且能帮助研究生实现个人发展目标。
The Personal Balanced Scorecard, which was first proposed by Hubert K. Rampersadand, derives from the Balanced Scorecard Theory. It is a strategic management tool, with individual as the core. If postgraduates want to take effective self-management, the key is to develop personal strategic plan. This makes the use of the Personal Balanced Scorecard-a strategic tool for postgraduates to conduct self-management feasible. Moreover, the Personal Balanced Scorecard plays an important part in the process of postgraduates' self-management, which not only contributes to improve the efficiency of self-management, but also helps graduate students to achieve personal development goals.
