摘要
随着经济建设的快速发展,矿业权基本数据更新滞后,实际情况和登记数据不一致,探矿权和采矿权的拐点坐标、面积以及相关的基本数据存在偏差、交叉、重叠等问题,严重影响了矿产资源的合理开发及保护。文章就目前矿业权管理中主要问题产生的原因进行分析,提出建立标准化的矿业权界定和矿业权地理信息系统,从技术的角度探索提高矿政管理水平的途径。
With the rapid development of the economy,the basic data of mineral right has been out-of-date and the registering data can not accord with the actual one.There are deviations,intersections and overlappings in the inflexion coordinate,proportion and relevant data of mineral exploration and exploitation rights,which greatly influence the reasonable exploitation and protection of mineral resource.By analyzing the causes of the problems in current mineral right management,this paper proposes a system for standardizing mineral right delimitation and related geographical information.Some technical countermeasures for improving the mineral right management are also given.
