课程与教学论(物理)研究生专业素质培养中的问题及对策研究——以合肥工业大学为例

摘要 课程与教学论专业部分研究生在专业素质方面还存在许多亟待解决的问题,如教育学理论基础薄弱、教育实践经验缺乏、创新能力和科研后劲不足等。在培养过程中应采取树立先进的教育理念、构建合理的知识体系、强化教育实践环节、提升创新能力和加强导师队伍建设等有效措施,切实提高研究生的专业素质。 There still exist some deficiencies in the professional quality of postgraduates in curriculum and instruction theories(physics) specialty such as the weakness in pedagogical theory basis,lack of practical experience in education,insufficiency in innovation and research abilities,etc.In order to improve the professional quality of postgraduates,advanced educational ideas and reasonable knowledge hierarchy should be established,the practice in teaching and the team construction of instructors should be strengthened,and the innovation ability of postgraduates should be cultivated during the process of professional quality training.
