摘要
随着我国通信、电力系统以及个人数字产品的快速发展,模块电源的应用越来越广泛。高可靠小功率DC-DC变换器已成为电子电源的一个重点发展方向。主要介绍了以H桥驱动芯片HIP4081为主控电路的小功率DC-DC变换器设计。为了进一步改善开关电源的中的磁性元件性能、减小磁件体积,分析了高频变压器的设计要点。结果分析表明:该变换器具有频响快、负载调整率高、输出电压稳定、纹波小的优点,研究具有一定的工程实际意义。
With the rapid development of telecommunications, power systems and personal digital products, the power modules have more and more widespread application. DC-DC converter with high reliable and low-power has become a focus of electronic power research. The low-power DC-DC converters constructed by the H bridge driver IC HIP4081 plus with a number of external components is described, and high-frequency transformer is designed and analyzed in order to further improve magnetic components performance of switching power sup- ply. Finally, the results show by testing that the converter has some advantages of fast frequency response, high load regulation and less output voltage ripple. Research of the project has some practical engineering signifi- cance.
