不同桃树品种游离氨基酸含量与抗桃一点斑叶蝉的关系

Relationship between Content of Free Amino Acids and Resistance of Peach Varieties to Empoascanara sudra

分析了不同桃树叶片游离氨基酸含量与桃树品种对桃一点斑叶蝉(Empoascanara sudra Distant)的抗性关系。油桃品种的百叶虫数和每梢卵量均显著高于白桃品种,表明油桃品种的抗虫性低于白桃品种。在桃叶中检测到17种游离氨基酸,油桃品种的游离氨基酸含量显著高于白桃品种,其中,游离氨基酸总量、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸与桃树对桃一点斑叶蝉的抗性呈负相关关系。

The relationship between free amino acids contents in leaves of different peach varieties and resistance to Empoascanara sudra Distant was investigated in this paper.The number of E.sudra per 100 leaves and eggs per branch of nectarines were significantly higher than those of white peach,which indicated that the resistance of nectarine to E.sudra was lower than that of white peach.Seventeen kinds of free amino acids were detected in peach leaves,and the contents of free amino acids in nectarines were significantly higher than those in white peaches.The total free amino acids,Asp,Glu,Leu,Tyr,Arg and Ala were negatively correlated with the resistance of peach to E.sudra.
